At UrbanSuta, every piece is thoughtfully made and carefully packed. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within fair and transparent guidelines.

🔁 Replacement Policy

We currently offer replacement only on eligible products.

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • With original tags intact

    • In original packaging

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products purchased on Sale or Discount

  • Accessories, including tote bags

  • Any item showing signs of use, wash, damage, or missing tags/packaging

🚚 Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is available

  • Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer

  • Charges will be communicated at the time of request approval

Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, replacement will be initiated.

💳 Refunds (Applicable Only in Specific Cases)

Refunds are issued only in case of damaged products.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Timeline: 7–10 business days after inspection approval

(Currently, we do not offer store credit. This may change in the future.)

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Mandatory requirements:

    • Clear unboxing video

    • Supporting product photos

Resolution:

  • Damaged product → Full refund

  • Wrong product received → Replacement only

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is currently not available

  • All orders must be prepaid

📍 Operating Region

UrbanSuta currently delivers and processes returns within India only.
